About

Email infrastructure you can point to on a map.

Most email APIs keep your messages, contacts and logs wherever their cloud happens to be. We wanted something simpler: one service, on our own servers in Falkenstein, Germany, where your data is stored, with mail handed to a delivery network only for the last hop to each recipient.

We also wanted one place for everything email: a simple API for transactional mail, plus the pieces teams usually buy separately: marketing email, automations, inbound mail and deliverability monitoring.

What we believe

  • Good defaults beat good intentions. DKIM is required, bounces are suppressed, and unsubscribe works with one click, without configuration.
  • You should see everything. Every API request, delivery attempt and webhook is logged and searchable.
  • No lock-in. Plain HTTP and SMTP in, standard formats out.
  • Reputation is shared. We vet senders and act on abuse quickly, because one bad sender hurts everyone's deliverability.
