Questions
What counts toward my limits?+
Each recipient of each message counts once, across the API, SMTP, broadcasts and automations. Monthly limits reset on the 1st (UTC); the Free plan's daily limit is measured over a rolling 24 hours.
Why is my daily sending limited at first?+
New accounts warm up: the daily cap starts at 500 recipients and rises over the first two weeks of sending, after which only the plan's limits apply. It protects every customer's deliverability.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings › Billing and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free.
Is every feature available through both APIs?+
Sending, templates and webhooks work through both. Contacts, broadcasts, automations and inbound email use the REST API. See the comparison on the Features page.
Where is my data stored?+
On Jumploon's servers in Falkenstein, Germany. Outgoing mail is handed to our delivery network for the last hop to each recipient.
What happens if I hit my limit?+
Requests over the limit get a 429 response, and nothing is sent. Upgrade your plan, or talk to us about higher volumes.
