Terms of service

Last updated October 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of Jumploon's website, dashboard, APIs and SMTP service (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your credentials and API keys secret. You're responsible for everything done with your account and keys, including by teammates and subaccounts you create.

Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy and applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection laws. You may only send to people who have agreed to receive your email or with whom you have a legitimate relationship.

Your content

You keep all rights to the email, templates and contacts you put into the service. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Limits, suspension and termination

Accounts have sending quotas and rate limits. We may suspend sending or the account, with notice where practical, if your use breaks these terms, harms our infrastructure or reputation, or produces high bounce or complaint rates. You can close your account at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but it's provided "as is". Email delivery depends on systems we don't control, such as recipients' mail servers, and we can't guarantee that any message will be delivered or land in the inbox.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, email account owners in advance.
