Cancellation and refund policy

Last updated October 19, 2026

Jumploon's paid plans (Basic, Growth and Scale) are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Razorpay. This policy explains how to cancel or change a plan, and when you can get your money back.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time from Settings › Billing in the dashboard. Only account owners can cancel.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. You keep your plan and its limits until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • When that period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your domains, templates, contacts and message history stay in your account, but the Free plan's sending and contact limits apply.
  • You can subscribe again at any time.

Changing plans

You can move to a different paid plan from Settings › Billing. The change takes effect immediately, and the new plan's price applies from then on.

Refunds

Because you can cancel before your next renewal at any time, we don't refund payments for the current billing period, including partly used months or unused sending allowance.

We do refund in full when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same period;
  • you were charged after you cancelled; or
  • you were charged the wrong amount because of an error on our side.

To ask for a refund, email hello@jumploon.com from the account owner's address within 30 days of the charge, with your account name and the Razorpay payment or invoice ID. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank may take longer to show them.

Suspended or closed accounts

If we suspend or close an account because it broke our terms or acceptable use policy, for example by sending spam, we don't refund the current period.

Taxes

Prices are shown before GST. GST is charged on top where it applies and is refunded together with any refunded amount.
