Activity, logs & stats
Activity
Every message and its events (processed, delivered, deferred, bounced, opened, clicked, unsubscribed) are kept and searchable. In the dashboard, open Activity. Through the API:
# Recent messages, optionally filtered by recipient or category
curl "https://api.jumploon.com/v3/messages?to=ada@example.org&limit=50" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $JUMPLOON_API_KEY"
# One message with its full event history
curl https://api.jumploon.com/v3/messages/<message id> \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $JUMPLOON_API_KEY"limit can be up to 1,000. With the REST API, use GET /emails and GET /emails/:id.
Statistics
Daily counts of requests, deliveries, bounces, opens, clicks and unsubscribes:
curl "https://api.jumploon.com/v3/stats?start_date=2026-10-01&end_date=2026-10-18&category=receipt" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $JUMPLOON_API_KEY"start_date is required (YYYY-MM-DD); end_date defaults to today. Add category to see one category or tag. GET /v3/categories lists the categories you've used.
The Statistics page in the dashboard charts the same data.
API request logs
Every API request is logged with its method, path, status, duration, API key and, for failed requests, the error. This is the fastest way to debug "why didn't my email send?".
curl "https://api.jumploon.com/v3/logs?status=error&limit=50" -H "Authorization: Bearer $JUMPLOON_API_KEY"| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
status | ok or error |
api_key_id | Only requests made with this key |
limit | Up to 200 |
before | Paginate: pass the timestamp of the last entry you received |
The dashboard's Logs page shows the same with request details.
